Winner of the 2016 Food Action Nippon Fan Award, these potatoes are matured for two months in a yukimuro, a traditional Japanese cold storage facility that uses snow to improve flavor while keeping food fresh. This natural refrigeration method produces potatoes with an unusually mellow taste. These snow potatoes are great as an ingredient in a variety of recipes, or simply steamed as a snack on their own.

Please store the potatoes in the fridge, and aim to consume them within 10 days of delivery.
