Countryside Cooking Class Menu

The menu

The current Countryside Cooking Class menu for July 2021 includes all five of the following dishes:
    1. Wild vegetables mixed with rice
    2. Simmered zenmai (fern)
    3. Mixed sansai (wild vegetable) soup
    4. Countryside style eggplant tempura
    5. Tofu topped with walnut nanban

    Ingredients utilized in the July 2021 menu:

      To prepare at home

      Please make sure you have the following equipment and ingredients before the class begins:
      • A rice cooker with a 2 cup or greater capacity
      • A stove top with 2 or more burners
      • Salt
      • Cooking oil
      • Soy sauce
      • Sugar
