Kyarabuki (side dish) 100 g
Kyarabuki is a traditional side dish made by simmering Japanese butterbur in soy sauce and mirin. The Japanese butterbur used in our product has been harvested directly from the mountains in Nakatsugawa, Yamagata Prefecture, and lovingly prepared at local farmhouse B&Bs.
With its crunchy texture, hearty flavor, and easy preparation, Kyarabuki makes for a perfect addition to any meal. If you're looking for ideas, we recommend trying it with white rice!
