Wild Vegetable Mix 80 g

This Wild Vegetable Mix contains a wonderful selection of sansai, or wild vegetables, harvested from the mountains in Nakatsugawa, Yamagata Prefecture, and lovingly prepared at local farmhouse B&Bs.

For an easy, nutritious meal, add the Wild Vegetable Mix to washed rice already in your rice cooker, and cook using the settings you normally choose. The steam from the rice cooker will soften the vegetables, while the vegetables will greatly enhance the flavor of the rice.
